Is the site survey and quotation free?
Yes. We come and look at the site and prepare a quotation first. You decide after you have seen the numbers and the equipment list.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. Work further out is considered project by project — please ask.
What warranty do you give?
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for that model. Installation work is warranted separately, and the period is always stated in the quotation.
How long until solar pays for itself?
It depends on how much electricity you use, the system size, and your roof. We calculate the real figure during quotation, before you commit.
Does an EV charger need a meter upgrade?
Not always — it depends on your existing meter size and household usage. We check during the survey and tell you in advance if an upgrade is needed.
Can you invoice as a company?
Yes. We operate as Alpha Group Corporation Co., Ltd., issue documents in the company's name, and take on projects that require full paperwork.
